Delivery & Returns
Delivery times and prices are listed below for online orders:
Free Delivery on all orders. Your order will be delivered in 7 - 10 business days
If you make a purchase directly with a mobile style consultant, the above delivery times may apply unless otherwise agreed. Delivery method and time will be discussed and agreed depending on any alteration or re-fitting requirements.
If product is out of stock and placed on back order you will be notified by email and advised of an estimated delivery date.
HOW TO TRACK THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER? Once your product is packed and dispatched (this will happen asap after we receive your merchandise), we will send you an email, with a unique tracking code for you to track how far away your order is from your door. You can copy and paste the code on the Australia Post website.
WHAT IF I'M NOT HOME WHEN THE ORDER ARRIVES?
We want to ensure your parcel will arrive in great condition and securely so if you are not at home when your package arrives, Australia Post will leave a card with a unique barcode which you just need to take to the nominated Australia Post branch and pick it up.
WHAT IF I NEED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE ABOUT MY ORDER?

Returns and exchanges for orders will be happily accepted where the product has not been worn, altered, washed & is with original packaging.
The product must also have all original tags attached where applicable. Returns and exchanges will be accepted on all parcels within 30 days of purchase.
Returns and exchanges can be processed by sending the goods back to Suited Up.
To return merchandise, securely pack the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or bag, and please post by registered/trackable post (at your cost) to the following address:

We advise that when sending your return parcel to us that you use a postal tracking service to ensure safe delivery. You will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges for the return to Suited Up. Returns/Exchanges must be prepaid and returned by a traceable method. Suited Up recommends utilising registered mail when returning purchases. Suited Up is not liable for the loss of garments being returned.
We will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase for your order if an item purchased is faulty, not of merchantable quality - meaning that it is not of the quality that you would reasonably expect when it was purchased,or unfit for purpose - meaning that the item doesn’t do what you reasonably expected it would.
For exchanges, Suited Up will re-send your exchanged item to you free of shipping and handling charges.
